Automatic Temperature Adjusting Variable Output Control

The MTC4C-C automatic adjusting variable output control with 8' Male, 18” Female cord is designed to modulate the speed of a variable speed fan when the temperature changes. As the temperature increases the fan speeds up and when the temperature drops the fan slows down. Once you hit your set point the fan shuts off automatically, ideal for variable speed exhaust fans and recirculation fans. This model comes complete with male/female cord. The plastic NEMA 4 housing complete with minimum speed adjustment knob and temperature setting knob.It can be installed in hog, poultry, dairy barns, greenhouses, high moisture applications, industrial and commercial buildings. You just plug the male plug into the wall receptacle and then plug the fan into the female cord. When using on an existing circuit you must make sure the circuit will handle the amp load capacity. With variable speed exhaust fans, when setting the minimum speed the shutter must be opened at least 1".

Note: All MTC4-C controls are wired for 115 Volt. If you want to use for any other voltage the cord can be removed and hard wired. We recommend using a qualified electrician for this or purchase our MTC4.
