Return Policy
Any item returned to the manufacturer must have prior authorization. Some items require a return authorization form (RMA) before returning. Please contact us through e-mail or by phone to request an RMA. Please include your phone number and Airdistributor receipt number on the e-mail. We need this information to process your return.
All returns must be completed within 30 days of the original receipt.
We will e-mail you a return authorization with instructions on returning your shipment. Once the shipment is received and inspected you will receive a full refund. Please return all original documentation (ex. instructions) and packing material.
Important: Custom painted ceiling fans can not be returned for any reason unless found defective or damaged during transit. At that time, a replacement will be provided if original equipment cannot be repaired.
Returned merchandise which is not defective or damaged is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Warranties
Each product is covered under its own manufacturer's warranty and is subject to their individual policies.
All warranties are handled directly through the original equipment manufacturer. Defective merchandise may be handled through Airdistributor.com by using the above return policy. You may contact airdistributor@sbcglobal.net with any questions you may have regarding this matter.
