Freight Policy

In most cases, items ship UPS, DHL or Fed Ex ground. Those items too large for those methods will ship common carrier (Motor Freight). These items are identified individually on the web site and will be shipped the most economical method available in your area. Airdistributor has at its disposal, multiple warehouses and suppliers throughout the continental United States for these items.

All shipping charges are paid in advance at time of purchase.

All items shipping motor freight (too large for UPS) must be shipped to a commercial or industrial address. In most cases, common carriers will not ship to residential addresses.

Very Important: Freight calculated online is based on shipping to a commercial address with a dock or a dedicated shipping and receiving area with a fork truck. Additional charges may apply when shipping items via truck to a residential address, school, hospital, jails, limited access areas or if a lift gate or pallet jack is required. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Airdistributor BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR OWING  TO ANY DELAYS IN DELIVERY.

Most items ship within 2 to 3 working days (M-F) of your order. However, on some occasions, especially during high demand or peak season, an item may be temporarily out of stock. The customer will be notified within 48 hours on such an occasion and given an estimated ship date and the option of an instant refund.

Damaged Freight

All items should be inspected prior to signing the freight companies receiver. Customers should not accept the shipment if any items are found damaged. Once the shipment is accepted, it becomes the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

If any items are found missing, inspect the package for any damage to the shipping container and refuse shipment. If packaging is found undamaged and the contents do not match the packing slip, contact [email protected] for a replacement.
